I’ve been working on a handful of wedding-related projects for various friends and clients from extensive photo editing and album design to sewing heart-shaped pillows for money dances to save-the-dates.
I finally got started on sketching out the save-the-dates for two Domers. I met the groom-to-be through orchestra my sophomore year (since he was a year behind me) and his roommate ended up being one of my BFFs (who I miss so dearly right now). I didn’t meet the bride-to-be until my senior year, but they are one of the cutest couples I know. I’m gushing a bit.
They asked me to do their save-the-dates after they got engaged (woohoo!) and already knew what they wanted — they just needed someone to actually do it.
Above is the first illustration (of six) for their save-the-dates. I had so much fun sketching them out and can’t wait to get this completed and especially can’t wait for their big day. Yay!
