Orange & Brown Stripes (Part 2)

Last week, I started planning on knitting orange and brown stripes. Last night, I finally started since I finished the black and tan stripes.

At first, I cast on 39 stitches, like I did for the black and tan scarf, but my brain had already turned off before I realized how much 1×1 ribbing would pull in using size 6 needles. So, after knitting about 15 rows and then deciding that the width wasn’t to my liking, I pulled everything apart and started over. I cast on 51 stitches and started striping.

I’m also realizing that even with such easy patterns and stitches, the knitting doesn’t get boring when you’re changing up colors and striping!
